We have been asked by a few of our members about the Telugu
Association of Minnesota (TEAM) membership. We are
writing this note to clarify the couple of questions as follows:
Membership is valid from January through December in the given year. The annual membership fee is $35/family. To keep the membership
valid, members have to renew their membership every year. The
membership fee will be used to support TEAM's activities,
1. As a member, you and your family will be admitted to TEAM's functions(i.e., Ugadi Function, Summer Picnic and Deepavali Function)
2. You will be kept on the mailing list to keep you updated about
the TEAM, etc.
We have really exciting programs scheduled.
First one being the Ugadi function
Then, we have summer picnic and
then the Deepavali function.
As TEAM is a non-profit organization, we solely rely on the membership fee to support our functions. We also have our own paid website www.telugumn.org. We make every effort to prevent unnecessary expenses and run the activities on tight budget.
Please visit Telugumn for TEAM's information. We encourage
all of you to renew/register your membership by sending your details
as per membership-form at our website under Membership (Please
provide information in clear print). This will help us serve our
members and community better.
